POSITION TITLE: Senior Operations Analyst.

POSITION DUTIES: Work in support of the strategic objective of establishing common processes offering both cost optimization and logistical efficiency. Document the overall business process flow and identify data and patterns in data sets to deliver insights to drive improvements in process, tools and cost saving. Identify and implement a best practice set of data collection, analysis and reporting to deliver logistical insights to management. Develop, define and analyze functional business reporting queries for Management. Work with User systems to ensure the right people have access to the right information at the right time to make decisions affecting production workflow and supply chain. Develop, maintain and support systems to ensure high quality data delivery to users. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of operations. Ensure security of systems. Support management in developing solutions to operational problems. Supervises Logistics Analyst and Computer Programmer.

REQUIRMENTS: MS in Information Systems or a related field and 3 years of experience in any Business Analyst occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience identifying and executing potential process improvements to logistics areas recognizing primary cost drivers; Value stream mapping skills. Prior experience with Zoho ERP software suite. Ability to understand and translate business flows into technical documentation.
